Recently, Plot-A of the Peninsula @ Business Bay Project in Dubai, built by CSCEC, formally received the takingover certificate (TOC) from the client. With this milestone, all four contract plots under the project fulfilled their contractual obligations.
The project sits in the heart of Dubai's Business Bay district and covers four plots: two high-rise residential buildings with a combined 906 apartments, one commercial office building, and supporting municipal infrastructure and roads.

Throughout the construction cycle, the project management team focused on the core levers of construction planning, resource allocation and design coordination, and worked out an end-to-end delivery plan for every stage.
The team held firm to milestone targets at every phase and ran a closed-loop management mechanism that covered the full workflow. Working closely with all parties, the team pushed system commissioning and specialized acceptance checks to a swift close.
In the final push, the team adopted a problem-led approach and set up a dedicated mechanism to clear every outstanding issue one by one until each was fully resolved, ultimately completing delivery of the project as a whole.

Safety has remained the top priority throughout the project, with relevant safety controls enforced across every phase of construction. As a result, the project achieved zero quality incidents and zero safety incidents from start to finish, setting an outstanding record of 15 million consecutive work-hours without a single accident.
