Located in Surcin, southwest of the Serbian capital, the project has a total floor area of approximately 172,000 square meters and incorporates more than 21,000 tonnes of steel. Upon completion, it will serve as the main venue for the Specialized Exhibition EXPO 2027 Belgrade and is set to become one of Southeast Europe's leading convention and exhibition centers.

The production of steel components strictly complied with the European standard EN 1090-2 EXC3. To ensure construction quality, the project team adopted truss pre-assembly technology, enabling potential errors to be identified and corrected before installation.

At the construction site, the team combined ground-level welding with high-altitude bolted connections, ensuring the precise and stable assembly of large structural components.

The project has drawn significant attention from the Serbian side throughout its construction. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has visited the site more than 10 times. During a visit on May 14, he described it as an extraordinary project that will go down in history.
