A mixed-use complex designed by CSCEC in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique, was recently completed and handed over.

Developed as the headquarters of Jinan Yuxiao Group, the project occupies a site of approximately 0.85 hectares and comprises a 14-story office tower, a 14-story residential building, and a three-story commercial podium. Together, the three structures create a dynamic urban destination that integrates living, working, and commercial spaces.

With construction starting in March 2024, the complex has become a new landmark in Maputo.
