Recently, two residential projects developed by CSCEC received a silver award and an excellence award, respectively, in the real estate category at the 6th Asia Habitat Landscape Award (AHLA).

The AHLA is a prestigious international award in the field of Asian habitat landscape. Entries are evaluated across multiple criteria, including landscape aesthetics, ecological value, cultural heritage, all-age living environment, and sustainable design. The award is widely regarded as a benchmark for quality and design excellence in the field.

One of the award-winning projects is located in Qingyang District of Chengdu, southwest China's Sichuan Province, while the other is in Shunde District of Foshan, south China's Guangdong Province.
