CSCEC recently participated in a campus career fair at Suez Canal University, collecting more than 600 resumes.
The event created career opportunities for Egyptian students while further strengthening mutual trust and cultural ties between CSCEC and the university.
Combining recruitment with cultural exchanges, the event gave CSCEC an opportunity to showcase its development achievements in Egypt and its efforts to promote China-Egypt cultural exchanges. Publications including the CSCEC Egypt Sustainability Report and Deep Desert Love – Me and My Chinese Friends were displayed, highlighting the company's long-term commitment to Egypt and its experience in supporting China-Egypt cooperation. CSCEC representatives also introduced students to the company's internship programs, talent development initiatives, and employment matching system.
Students showed strong interest throughout the event, actively speaking with company representatives about job opportunities, career development, and working in a cross-cultural environment. Many submitted resumes on site and took part in consultations, reflecting their enthusiasm for pursuing careers with CSCEC.

Going forward, CSCEC will continue strengthening long-term partnerships with Egyptian universities, improving its local talent recruitment and training system, and building a stronger pipeline of local professionals to support its sustainable development in Egypt.
The event received extensive coverage from both Chinese and Egyptian media outlets.
