CSCEC has completed the first raft foundation pour for the City Walk Verve residential towers—4,780 m³ of concrete—ahead of schedule, paving the way for structural construction.  

To maximize efficiency within a constrained site, the project team optimized construction planning by adopting zoned operations and staggered work schedules.

Located in downtown Dubai, the project comprises two luxury residential towers. The development includes two basement levels, with Tower A rising 37 floors above ground and Tower B reaching 29 floors.
