CSCEC-built phase I development of the Equalbase Sunway 103, Malaysia's first carbon-neutral logistics hub, has recently been completed.

The first phase has a total floor area of 150,000 square meters, with the overall development planned to reach approximately 600,000 square meters. Once fully operational, the project is expected to serve as a sustainable logistics hub supporting Malaysia and the broader ASEAN region.

As Malaysia's first carbon-neutral logistics development, the project integrates green principles throughout its design and construction. During the design phase, energy efficiency and emissions reduction were prioritized, with rainwater harvesting systems used for toilet flushing and irrigation to conserve water resources. During construction, certified green materials and equipment were widely adopted, with measurable results in energy savings and emissions reduction.

The project is also pursuing Gold-level certifications under LEED and GreenRE, contributing to coordinated environmental and economic development in the region.
