Phase II of the Dajia Insurance Group Headquarters in Shenzhen, built by CSCEC, has recently been successfully delivered in Shenzhen.

The project has a total floor area of about 217,000 square meters and consists of a 57-story main tower along with two ancillary buildings. Once in operation, it is expected to become one of the landmark buildings in Shenzhen's Houhai area, adding fresh momentum to the city's development.

The project extensively applied Building Information Modeling (BIM) and adopted a "factory prefabrication + on-site assembly" construction approach to create its distinctive "crystal hourglass" architectural form. It has also received multiple provincial-level honors recognizing construction quality and structural excellence.
