Nanshan Zhizao's (Honghualing Base) project built by CSCEC in Nanshan District has officially opened, welcoming its first group of 14 advanced manufacturing companies.

The project has a total floor area of about 700,000 square meters, featuring factory buildings, industrial support facilities and public amenities. As a demonstration project for China's "vertical factory" model, the development focuses on strategic emerging industries such as high-end manufacturing, integrated circuits and intelligent robotics. It is designed to improve the efficiency of industrial space use while creating an integrated industrial park that brings together production, living and ecological functions, further promoting synergy between scientific research, education and technology-driven industries.
