Recently, Egypt's newly appointed Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities visited the Alamein Downtown Towers and the Alamein Crystal Lagoons.

During the visit, the Minister was briefed in detail on overall project progress. The delegation ascended to the 66th floor of the Iconic Tower to inspect façade works and interior finishing. They also toured the Alamein Crystal Lagoons to gain a comprehensive understanding of its planning and construction status.

The Alamein Downtown Towers covers an area of approximately 1.1 million square meters and includes a super high-rise residential tower of about 300 meters, four high-rise residential towers of around 200 meters each, as well as supporting commercial facilities and municipal landscape works. Located between the Iconic Tower and the four super high-rise residential buildings, the Alamein Crystal Lagoons spans approximately 636,000 square meters. The project involves the design and construction of seven artificial islands, 11 lagoon water bodies, and a circular waterfront promenade.
