Two projects constructed by CSCEC—the Equalbase Sunway 103 logistics hub and the GP3 data center—have recently received top-tier recognition under Malaysia's GreenRE certification system, achieving Gold and Platinum ratings respectively. Notably, the GP3 data center set a new benchmark in Malaysia's data center sector by attaining a perfect score, becoming the first data center in the country to receive the highest level of sustainability certification.

Established by Malaysia's Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association, GreenRE is one of the most authoritative green building assessment systems in Malaysia.

The Equalbase Sunway 103 logistics hub is located in Johor Bahru, Johor, within Malaysia's first carbon-neutral free trade zone, with a total floor area of 158,000 square meters. Also situated in Johor Bahru, the GP3 data center covers construction works including civil engineering and MEP installation, as well as design, supply, installation, and commissioning services.
