Recently, CSCEC made notable progress on several key projects in Malaysia, including the Pavilion Square project in Kuala Lumpur, the Digital Halo Data Center in Johor Bahru and the Le Méridien Penang Airport Hotel project. Teams at each site are making progress on structural work, mechanical and electrical installation, interior finishing and other activities.

The main structure of the project's office tower was completed ahead of schedule, with the rooftop crane passing inspection. Work on the project's apartment tower is moving forward on schedule.

At the office tower, curtain wall installation has reached the 25th floor. Rough interior finishing and mechanical and electrical installation have both reached the 26th floor, and the pedestrian bridge has been lifted into place. At the apartment tower, the main structure has reached the 47th floor out of 68.

Digital Halo Data Center in Johor Bahru

At the Digital Halo Data Center project, the 275-kilovolt CLS substation building was successfully energized, marking another key milestone for the project.

Le Méridien Penang Airport Hotel project

At the Le Méridien Penang Airport Hotel Project, the team has completed the typical floors of the hotel tower and begun construction of the rooftop plant room. At the apartment tower, the main structure has reached the 34th floor, with just three floors remaining before the structure is topped out. This marks the final push toward completing the main structure.

Decoration and mechanical and electrical installation are also progressing in parallel. Rough decoration and exterior wall plastering have reached the 25th floor, while curtain wall installation has reached the 20th floor. Next, the team will focus on topping out the main structures of both towers, laying a solid foundation for subsequent finishing and installation work.
