Recently, CSCEC visited the Nationwide Children's Library in Uzbekistan and donated more than 600 children's books.

The collection caters to young readers of all ages, with titles ranging from picture books and literature to general-interest books. It features both bilingual editions of outstanding original Chinese children's books and acclaimed works from around the world.

The donation attracted widespread media coverage, with more than 20 major media outlets in China and abroad reporting on the event.

Following the donation ceremony, Chinese and Uzbek authors took part in a roundtable discussion on children's literature. They exchanged views on the development of children's literature and ways to strengthen cultural cooperation between China and Uzbekistan.
