Located in the the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, the project has a total floor area of approximately 159,800 square meters. It includes cold-chain logistics, ambient warehousing, automated storage systems, and supporting unloading platforms. Upon completion, it is expected to become a highly integrated and advanced logistics hub in the Greater Bay Area.

During construction, the project team faced three major challenges typical of coastal environments: salt spray corrosion, soft soil foundations, and dense layouts of oversized beams and columns. In response, the team developed a set of tailored construction solutions through technical innovation and refined management.

First, the façade design was optimized by replacing decorative "false joints" with functional joints embedded within the structural layer. Customized weather-resistant materials and color systems were applied to enhance both durability and visual consistency.

Second, based on a heavy-duty modular scaffolding system, the team introduced an optimized configuration of structural members. This approach ensured load-bearing performance while improving material efficiency, offering an effective solution for large-span formwork support.

Third, the tower crane layout was innovatively positioned within the main structure, addressing the challenge of limited bearing capacity in soft soil. This solution avoided the need for additional pile foundations and improved construction efficiency by approximately 30%.
