CSCEC recently released its business briefing for the first quarter of 2026, reporting newly signed contracts worth 1.26 trillion yuan (about $185.2 billion) and operating revenue of 511.8 billion yuan.

The company continued to optimize its construction business structure. The value of newly signed contracts for housing construction reached 830 billion yuan, up 6.4 percent year on year, while operating revenue totaled 332.1 billion yuan. Its infrastructure business secured 362.9 billion yuan in newly signed contracts and generated 118.6 billion yuan in operating revenue. Newly signed contracts for survey and design reached 2.8 billion yuan, with operating revenue of 2.2 billion yuan.

Its real estate business maintained its competitive edge. Contracted sales reached 65.6 billion yuan, while operating revenue totaled 52.4 billion yuan. Contracted sales area stood at 1.89 million square meters, with 130,000 square meters of newly acquired land reserve.

The company's international business recorded solid growth. Newly signed overseas contracts reached 73.9 billion yuan, up 9.5 percent year on year, while operating revenue increased 10.1 percent year on year to 26.3 billion yuan.
