Recently, CSCEC received the taking over certificate for the Baniyas North Phase 3 Project in Abu Dhabi, marking the successful delivery of 863 high-end villas and supporting infrastructure that blend traditional and modern architectural styles.

Located in Baniyas North, Abu Dhabi, the project is one of CSCEC's flagship residential developments in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), highlighting the company's continued presence in the country's high-end housing market.

Throughout construction, the project team adhered to high standards in project delivery, construction quality and refined management. Prefabricated construction technologies were widely adopted, while the project was built in accordance with international green building standards.

During construction, the project received several prestigious honors, including Aldar Properties' 2024 quality excellence award and safety excellence award, the International Safety Award from the British Safety Council, and the sustainability award from the Abu Dhabi Municipality.

The successful handover of the project has provided local residents with a high-quality residential community while further strengthening CSCEC's position in the UAE market and supporting its long-term regional development strategy.
