It has a total construction area of 182,000 square meters and includes five 34-story towers. Once completed, it will serve as a model for integrating high-quality residential living with commercial development and support modernization in southern Vietnam.

The project, covering 87,500 square meters, includes production workshops and utility facilities. It is expected to accelerate smart manufacturing upgrades and drive regional economic growth through technological and product innovation.
Sky Garden㎏—A national model residential community

The project, with a total construction area of approximately 410,000 square meters, has been recognized by Vietnam's Ministry of Construction as a national model residential community. It also received the Golden Star Award, the highest honor in Vietnam's construction industry.
