The curtain wall system features an advanced and highly complex design, combining unitized glass curtain walls with metal sun-shading components in a modern facade system that requires extremely high installation precision.

Jakarta's year-round hot, humid climate, along with frequent rainfall and strong winds, places strict demands on the facade's sealing performance, wind resistance, and long-term durability. In addition, facade units are manufactured in China and transported to Indonesia through multiple stages including sea freight and storage. Installation must also proceed in parallel with the main structural works and coordinate with high-altitude operations involving MEP systems and interior finishing, making schedule management and site safety particularly challenging.

To ensure quality and efficiency, the project team used BIM technology to simulate the entire lifting and installation process, established a pre-assembly inspection system for components, and optimized construction methods based on local climate conditions, forming a standardized workflow.

The team's experience in green construction and high-performance structures is also expected to provide valuable reference for Indonesia's building sector.

The project has also established Indonesia's first Up We Build College (UWB College) and signed university-enterprise cooperation agreements with leading local institutions including the University of Indonesia and Bandung Institute of Technology. It was also recognized with the International Safety Award – Merit by the British Safety Council.

Located in Jakarta's Sudirman Central Business District, the project consists of two towers: T1 rises 74 stories above ground with five basement levels and a height of 322.195 meters, while T2 reaches 66 stories above ground with four basement levels and a height of 275.650 meters. With a total floor area of approximately 377,400 square meters, the development integrates office space, residences, retail, and a five-star hotel into a major super high-rise landmark.
