CSCEC recently took part in a campus recruitment fair at Ain Shams University (ASU), adopting a combined approach of talent recruitment and cultural exchange to deepen university–enterprise collaboration and strengthen talent links between China and Egypt. The event attracted hundreds of students.

At the venue, CSCEC's recruitment team introduced the company's development history, key projects, and business performance, highlighting its strengths and flagship projects in Egypt's infrastructure and urban development sectors. Students were also given branded souvenirs, along with publications including CSCEC Egypt Sustainability Report and a bilingual publication on China–Egypt friendship and collaboration, offering insights into the company's corporate responsibility efforts and China–Egypt cultural exchange stories.

During the interactive sessions, the team provided detailed explanations of job requirements and career pathways, responding to students' questions and encouraging on-site engagement. Interest was strong, with many students actively participating in discussions and submitting applications.

The event forms part of CSCEC's broader efforts to expand its local talent pipeline and deepen collaboration with Egyptian universities. The company will continue to strengthen partnerships with academic institutions to support China–Egypt cooperation and shared development.
