CSCEC ME successfully handedover Opera District B1/B2a Advance Basement Project and obtained the Building Completion Certificate and Taking Over Certificate on November 30th 2021 and March 22nd 2022 respectively.

The project is located in the Dubai center area and adjacent to the Dubai Opera District. With a special geographical location and limited available construction space, the project team strictly followed the schedule and responded well to key challenges during the construction in a timely manner, and successfully completed the project.

This project is the Company’s first completed and handed-over Emaar project which won several safety awards. The successful completion and handover of the project once again demonstrated CSCEC ME's capability as well as built a solid foundation for the future cooperation between CSCEC ME and Emaar.
