Recently, the relocation of the historic Xiehualun Shilou Building was successfully completed as part of the project in Guangzhou's Bai'etan, the city's first MixC project. This century-old landmark, which has stood for 112 years, was relocated successfully.
The project in Bai'etan is a key urban development initiative located in the Bai'etan district of Liwan, Guangzhou. Once completed, the project will transform into a massive, multi-functional urban complex that combines superior transport links, stunning views, and vast waterfront space.
The Xiehualun Shilou Building, constructed in 1914, sits at the heart of the Bai'etan business district. It is one of the original buildings on the site of the former Peiying School's Huadi campus. With a total area of 2,750 square meters and four floors, each with a ceiling height of 3.3 meters, the building is a prominent landmark in Liwan.
