Upgrading Transport Network
Lot 1 and Lot 2 Bridge Section of Danube Corridor Industry Park Project

This project includes 13 bridges and 9 culverts totaling 1,297 meters. As a key branch of the E75 motorway, it will improve transport in southeastern Serbia and strengthen regional connectivity and economic integration.
Five bridges project of Novi Sad-Ruma expressway No. 21

Situated along a key transport corridor in northern Serbia, the project includes five major bridges and approximately 47.7 kilometers of expressway. Upon completion, it will substantially shorten travel time between Novi Sad and Ruma, improve the northern road network, and strengthen coordinated urban development.
Powering Industrial Growth
Haitian Production Plant Phase II Project

Now operational, the complex includes factory buildings, offices, a canteen, and support facilities. It boosts local employment and drives industrial modernization.
Perimeter Wall project of Linglong International Europe D.O.O. Zrenjanin (LLIE) Project

Located within the Zrenjanin Free Trade Zone, the project involves the construction of a 4,500-meter perimeter wall along with lighting and ancillary works. The tire factory provides substantial employment opportunities and contributes meaningfully to Serbia's industrial development.
Building Better Living Spaces
Starry Hill residential project in Belgrade

Featuring 317 standard apartments, 24 serviced apartments, 34 retail spaces, and 443 parking spots, the development delivers a modern mixed-use community.
Yihai Z65 residential and commercial complex

Completed and handed over, it offers 227 high-quality apartments and ground-floor retail units, improving urban living standards.
Enhancing Urban Services
Vidovdan Settlement Health Center in Novi Sad

Operational since 2024, the center includes a main building and support facilities, expanding people's access to healthcare.
Underground parking facility project in Belgrade

Featuring a four-level structure above and below ground with 284 public parking spaces, the project is a landmark example of integrating municipal infrastructure with cultural heritage preservation. By adopting an innovative "underground parking + above-ground heritage park" model, it alleviates parking pressure in the city center while protecting and showcasing historical assets—achieving a harmonious balance between urban renewal and cultural continuity.
