At the 2025 edition of the Big Project Middle East Awards held in Dubai, CSCEC was awarded the Infrastructure Contractor of the Year, and the Rove Hotel received the Project of the Year: Offsite Construction.
CSCEC has been deeply involved in the construction of both residential and infrastructure projects in the Middle East, spanning sectors such as housing, office buildings, hotels, complexes, villas, airports, hospitals, factories, railways, highways, bridges, photovoltaics, and data centers. This marks CSCEC’s fifth win of the Infrastructure Contractor of the Year award in the past six years.
The ROVE Hotel, which was recognized for the Project of the Year: Offsite Construction, is located on Al Marjan Island in the UAE's northern emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The project includes a hotel building, an equipment building, and related outdoor facilities. The hotel’s 441 rooms feature prefabricated bathroom pods (PODs), and the mechanical and electrical installations have also been modularized. Once completed, the hotel will provide a luxury beachfront experience, catering to the growing demand for upscale resorts.
Since its foundation, the Big Project Middle East Awards have become an important benchmark for measuring excellence in the construction industry. This year's event attracted a number of prestigious contractors, including Sobha Realty, Parsons, ALEC, Innovo Group and The Arab Contractors.
