Recently, CSCEC has been recognized with several prestigious BIM awards.
The mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering work of the Chinese Medicine Hospital in Tseung Kwan O and the Government Chinese Medicines Testing Institute receives China's highest award in the field of BIM application.
This project is Hong Kong's first multi-story hospital to use the Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) method. In the mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering work, the project innovatively introduced BIM+MiMEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) technology, enabling the "smart and digital" design, production, and delivery of over 4,500 MiMEP products.
The curtain wall project of OPPO International Headquarters Building in Shenzhen is honored with the gold award at the 7th "Youlu Cup" National BIM Technology Competition and the second prize at the 4th "Youzhi Cup" Smart Construction Application Competition.
This project is among the world's most challenging complex curved glass curtain wall projects, covering approximately 88,000 square meters, with 78% comprising hyperbolic curtain walls. BIM models were pivotal in overcoming design, processing, and installation challenges.
The design and construction of public housing in Section A2/A4/A12 of Area A in Macau receives the Silver Award at the 9th International BIM Award Conference.
Covering 48,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 430,000 square meters, the project will provide over 3,600 residential units for the citizens of Macau and significantly contribute to the economic development of the new district.
Other projects, including the innovation industry park in Wenling, Zhejiang, the Phase III of Chengdu Qingbaijiang District People's Hospital, and the experimental school in Guangde, Anhui, also received honors at the 7th "Youlu Cup" or at the provincial level.
Looking forward, CSCEC will continue to adhere to the scientific and technological innovation as the guidance, accelerate the industrialization, digitalization, and intelligence of construction.
