Recently, the Macau New Neighbourhood project in Hengqin, built by CSCEC, was officially unveiled.

The project is located in the Hengqin-Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone, covering an area of 190,000 square meters. It includes 4,000 residential units and comprehensive supporting facilities such as education, healthcare, and social services. The project started construction in 2021, with CSCEC responsible for the second and third sections (three sections in total). Currently, landscaping, exterior finishes, and road construction are underway, and the project is expected to be completed in August, 2023.

CSCEC has applied efficient and environmentally friendly prefabricated construction techniques in the project, achieving an overall prefabrication rate of 44%. This has effectively improved the project's quality and production efficiency while reducing future maintenance costs. The project also utilizes CSCEC's independently developed C-SMART system for visualized, digitalized, and intelligent management, significantly enhancing its construction efficiency and safety levels.
