Phase I Project of Line 3 of Zhengzhou Metro is the first urban rail transit PPP project in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, the first metro project fully invested, constructed and operated by CSCEC, as well as the first project for Shenzhen Metro to share its experience in rail transit operation and management. The completion and opening of the project has effectively relieved the traffic congestion on expressways, and is of great significance in improving Zhengzhou's rail transit network and accelerating Zhengzhou's comprehensive urban transportation construction, as well as better promoting Zhengzhou's leading role in the province. Together with the intercity buses in the neighboring cities, the project has achieved resource sharing and win-win results in public transportation and connected the public transportations of Zhengzhou and its neighboring cities.
