Recently, CSCEC topped out the main structure of the first hotel at the R1029 Island project after crews poured the final batch of concrete.

The project has a total floor area of about 440,000 square meters and is planned to comprise four five-star international hotels, premium apartments and commercial facilities, bringing together hospitality, residential and retail functions.

Next, the project team will step up construction planning and resource coordination, and move on to mechanical and electrical installation and decoration.
