The financial center project in Shanghai, built by CSCEC, has been fully completed. Located on the west island of Dishui Lake in the Lin-gang Special Area, the project has a total gross floor area of 282,500 square meters. The main structure consists of two twin towers connected at the top by a conical structure and an elevated sky corridor.

During the installation of the steel conical structure, the construction team adopted hydraulic synchronous lifting technology for large-scale steel structures, combined with Brillouin distributed optical fiber sensing technology. The approach enabled high-precision and high-efficiency installation of super high-rise steel components beyond conventional construction methods.

The landscape works cover approximately 100,000 square meters, including greenery planting, featured landscape installations, ecological paving, intelligent irrigation systems and waterfront piers, integrating aesthetic design with functional use.

As a new financial landmark in the Lin-gang Special Area, the project is expected to attract financial institutions and high-end professionals, supporting further economic development in the district.
