CSCEC recently held a product launch and site visit event for its Quality Homes initiative in Nanjing. More than 50 representatives from CSCEC, industry experts and suppliers attended the event.

A smart operation and maintenance system unveiled at the event features a “1+6+N” technical framework designed to integrate equipment and data coordination, address multi-dimensional residential needs and provide a one-stop solution to support the implementation of the quality homes concept.

Also presented were prefabricated electric heating decorative wall panels, high sound-insulation electric heating integrated flooring and concealed-frame insulating glass energy-efficient windows. The products are designed to enhance energy-efficient heating, acoustic comfort and safety performance, reflecting a move toward quality homes solutions.
