Recently, CSCEC's Dammam South Project—Eastern Region First Main Structure in Saudi Arabia in Saudi Arabia was successfully topped out, 30 days ahead of the scheduled milestone. As the first building to reach structural completion under the project, it lays a solid foundation for subsequent construction.

The project includes 39 residential buildings (G+6F), totaling 168,000 m² and comprising 532 two-bedroom and 560 three-bedroom units. Scope covers design, surveying, testing, structural and architectural works, MEP installations, and landscaping.
Since commencement, the project team adopts measures such as zoned flow-line operations, centralized material procurement, and early-stage technical briefings, significantly improving construction efficiency.
The team will maintain rigorous standards and lean management to deliver all remaining milestones on time.
