Recently, CSCEC and the New Alamein Downtown Towers project received a certificate of thanks and appreciation from the Matrouh Manpower Directorate for excellence in labor management—covering standardized employment practices, skills training, and compliance auditing. 

To date, the project site employs more than 2,000 Chinese staff and over 8,000 Egyptian employees, bringing the total workforce to over 10,000. In daily operations, the project team actively supports the supervision and regulatory work of the Matrouh labor authority, demonstrating a strong commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
