Recently, CSCEC young talents visited Dubai Municipality and the University of Dubai as part of their training schedule.
At Dubai Municipality, they explored Dubai's smart city initiatives, including the ongoing Dubai Digital Twin Project and the Integrated Construction Permitting System.

At the University of Dubai, they participated in courses on cross-cultural management, gaining insights into global management practices and learning strategies for effectively leading diverse, multicultural teams.

CSCEC will continue its collaboration with the University of Dubai, further enhancing talent development initiatives and offering diverse training platforms to support employee growth and practical learning experiences.
