The Cavalli Casa Tower project in Dubai, constructed by CSCEC, is a high-rise luxury apartment building featuring 72 floors above ground and one basement level, with a total height of 306 meters overlooking the Palm Jumeirah.

The tower boasts an innovative architectural design and complex structural elements. The building’s fan-shaped facade maximizes sea views, with private pools on curved balconies, as well as two 160-square-meter infinity pools at 90 and 220 meters in height, creating a unique residential experience.

Strictly adhering to top luxury hotel standards in construction, MEP design, and interior finishing, the project is set to become an iconic landmark in Dubai upon completion.

Currently, construction is progressing smoothly, with the core tube completed up to the 44th floor, slabs up to the 41st floor, MEP installations reaching the 35th floor, curtain wall installation up to the 30th floor, and the parking structure fully topped out.
