Recently, the Algerian Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning and the City hosted a ceremony for the first installation of a glass curtain wall in the new office building project, attended by Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, Minister of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City.
The project's curtain wall spans approximately 13,000 square meters with an installation height of about 123 meters. This initial installation marks the full-scale entry into the curtain wall construction phase, with subsequent glass installations planned methodically according to the schedule to facilitate the interior design and electromechanical work.
Following the ceremony, Minister Mohamed Tarek Belaribi visited the construction of the office spaces, technical rooms, and staircases, expressing satisfaction with the overall progress.
