At the Jeddah Apartment Project Phase II in Saudi Arabia, a local engineer integrated the approach of observing, asking, recording and practicing into daily work under the guidance of a Chinese mentor. Over time, the engineer developed into a key team member capable of coordinating independently, ensuring quality control and resolving on-site challenges.

At Bangladesh's SASEC Road Connectivity Project-II, another local employee overcame language and cultural barriers with support from a Chinese mentor, strengthening both management and technical skills. From a newcomer with limited project experience, the employee gradually grew into a core technical professional and became a representative example of talent development under the UWB program.
