CSCEC's Quality Homes development system draws on modular construction technologies to deliver integrated solutions aimed at achieving safe, comfortable, sustainable and smart housing development goals. The series covers steel, concrete and composite steel-concrete modular structural systems, spanning low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise buildings. Designed to meet the same safety and durability standards as traditional cast-in-place construction, the products are applicable to residential buildings, schools, apartments, hotels, rural housing and hospitals, and have been widely used in urban, rural and polar construction projects.
Steel-Concrete Composite Modular Construction
The steel-concrete composite modular construction integrates the advantages of steel and concrete modular structures. Its intelligent production line in Jinan can manufacture one wall panel in 12 minutes and complete one housing unit in 2 hours. Compared with conventional manual production lines, efficiency has increased more than fourfold and the yield rate has improved fivefold. An independently developed intelligent lifting frame has reduced the installation time for a single module from 40 minutes to 5 minutes. The system is suitable for mid-rise and high-rise residential, educational, apartment, hotel and healthcare projects.

Low-rise and Mid-rise Home Modular Construction
The low-rise and mid-rise home modular construction system shortens construction time by 40 percent and reduces construction waste by 70 percent compared with traditional building methods. The system enables column-free interior layouts that allow flexible space configuration while optimizing land use. It is suitable for standardized rural housing developments, self-built homes and cultural and tourism projects.

High-rise Modularized Composite System
The high-rise modularized composite system incorporates a rapid-install pipeline system that allows maintenance without wall demolition. An independently developed high wind-resistance energy-efficient system enables the structure to withstand level 14 typhoon conditions. The modules are recyclable, with a reuse rate of up to 90 percent, and are suitable for low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise residential, educational, hospitality and healthcare buildings.
The series also includes modular housing solutions developed for polar research stations, featuring resistance to extreme low temperatures, corrosion and heavy snow conditions.
