Recently, the Phase II of the Jeddah Apartment Project in Saudi Arabia, undertaken by CSCEC, reached a significant milestone. The main structure of the first building was topped out 30 days ahead of schedule, marking a major breakthrough in the project's construction.

The total construction area of the Phase II project is 236,800 square meters, comprising four blocks and 68 buildings (20 G+1.5 buildings and 48 G+6 buildings), totaling 1,544 residential units. Upon completion, the project will significantly improve the living conditions of local residents.

Since the commencement of construction, the project team has efficiently advanced the construction of the main structure by adopting modular construction and local procurement strategies, ultimately achieving the early topping-out of the first building.
