In May 2025, Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT)'s Campus Heart welcomed its first cohort of students, adding a high-quality applied learning institution to Singapore's education landscape. Located at the heart of the Punggol Digital District, the Phase 1 project consists of three 10-storey multi-faculty academic buildings, a 10-storey office building, and related ancillary facilities, all equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories, smart infrastructure, libraries, and sports facilities.

The new campus project was officially launched in August 2019, and was completed in November 2024.

The new campus design seamlessly integrates Singapore's City in Nature vision and has earned the highest honor in sustainable construction: the Green Mark Platinum certification from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA). The project also won the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Architectural Excellence Award (Merit Award) for its outstanding contributions in innovative design, low carbon emissions, and the development of a smart campus.
