Recently, CSCEC unveiled the list of its first batch of industrialized products, which includes 11 major products, such as the "building good house", and launched a special column to introduce the ninth theme - The Xingxuan project management system: Protecting workers' safety with technology.
CSCEC independently developed the project management system to address challenges in safety supervision and labor management at construction sites. The system introduces an intelligent "safety helmet" to ensure the safe and efficient operation of projects, while also supporting the digital transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises.
At the Dushu Lake Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University project, the system tracks workers' activities in real-time, records their actual work conditions, and helps ensure the project stays on schedule.
The system integrates wireless sensing, multi-mode positioning, and wearable technology, introducing a pioneering 3D personnel positioning product. It visualizes workers' movement on-site through heat maps, ensuring information is accurate and traceable.
With just a smart phone or computer, project managers can remotely monitor real-time information on workforce distribution, movement patterns, and work durations. This data supports informed decision-making and adaptive planning, helping ensure projects remain on schedule while promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
By leveraging wireless sensor technology, the system overcomes communication and positioning challenges in complex environments, achieving intelligent control of construction safety through preemptive measures, real-time alerts, and post-incident analysis.
