The Yucumo-San Borja Road, undertaken by CSCEC, spans 55 kilometers with a dual carriageway and a maximum speed limit of 80 km/h.

The project includes roadbed construction, paving, culverts, a new bridge, and a drainage system. As part of Bolivia's National Route 3, the road is set to enhance regional connectivity and stimulate growth in agriculture, tourism, and trade.
