The CITIC Tower project is located at the CBD core area of Beijing, with a total height of 528m, 108 floors above the ground and 8 floors under the ground (including mezzanines). It is a building integrating office building, conference, business, office and various supporting services. The completion of the project has refreshed the skyline of the capital and is now the tallest building in Beijing and a new landmark of the capital.

The project started construction on July 29, 2013, and was completed and delivered on December 28, 2018. During the construction period, the project set a total of 8 world records and 15 records in China, and became the only skyscraper above 500m in height handed over in the world in the year 2018. It is a super high-rise building with excellent quality and short construction period in the world. The project won many awards including China Construction Engineering LubanPrize (National Quality Project), and more than 10 first prizes in various BIM competitions.
