Recently, the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore held the BCA Awards 2026 ceremony. Bulim Square, built by CSCEC, won the Projects of the Year Award (Industrial) in recognition of its outstanding overall quality, forward-looking sustainable design, large-scale adoption of smart construction.

The BCA Projects of the Year Award is one of Singapore's most influential built-environment honors. It recognizes projects that demonstrate excellence in design, construction, sustainability, innovation and collaborative delivery.

Located at the 600-hectare Jurong Innovation District, Bulim Square is an important platform connecting research, test-bedding, design, prototyping, production and logistics. With a construction floor area of about 317,000 square meters, the development provides industrial space, logistics facilities, public amenities and shared infrastructure. It also features an on-site district cooling system, integrated stormwater management at Bulim Park, and connections to Singapore's first Sky Corridor and the underground District Logistics Network. Together, these facilities strengthen the district's advanced-manufacturing ecosystem and support Singapore's continued industrial and economic development.

Bulim Square is designed for a work-live-play-learn environment, weaving sustainability and smart infrastructure into everyday industrial life. The project uses prefabricated MEP modules and digital tools—including BIM, drones and RFID tracking—delivered meaningful gains in productivity, installation speed and defect reduction.

In addition to the Projects of the Year Award – Industrial, Bulim Square achieved BCA Green Mark Platinum, the BCA Universal Design Mark GoldPLUS and CONQUAS STAR certification, and MOM SHARP Award 2026. These achievements further strengthen CSCEC's professional reputation in the delivery of large-scale industrial complexes.
