Recently, the structural topping-out ceremony of the Cavalli tower, a luxury residential project undertaken by CSCEC in Dubai, was successfully held.
Located at the intersection of Dubai Media City and Palm Jumeirah in Al Sofouh, the 71-story tower reaches 306 meters with one basement level and offers panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah.

The project features an on-site wastewater treatment plant that purifies and recycles water locally, reducing reliance on municipal supply. It is expected to treat up to 300,000 gallons of wastewater per month.
At peak construction, over 1,800 workers were on site. The project trained 170 skilled technicians through a mentor-apprentice model.
