The China-funded agricultural school project in Honduras, constructed by CSCEC, has officially passed its completion inspection.

With a total floor area of about 25,000 square meters, the project encompasses six agricultural schools across different provinces, featuring newly built teaching buildings, training classrooms, and supporting facilities. The project adopts CSCEC's proprietary modular steel box construction, ensuring both high efficiency and superior quality.

The project achieved commencement and completion within the same year (2025) and is scheduled for handover by the end of October 2025. Once operational, it will serve as a key hub for agricultural education in Honduras, helping to cultivate skilled professionals and boost the nation's agricultural development.

Beyond construction, the project team has engaged deeply with local communities — organizing open days and outreach activities, inviting community representatives and students' families to tour the sites. The team has also employed and trained over 180 local workers, forming joint Chinese-Honduran construction teams that share technical expertise and management experience, thereby promoting local employment and talent development.
