Recently, the River Park Project undertaken by CSCEC in Malaysia successfully topped out, marking a major milestone in its construction and laying a solid foundation for building a landmark high-end residential complex in the area.
Located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, the project covers an area of 31 mu (about 2 hectares) with a total floor area of 244,000 square meters. It consists of three residential towers—two with 46 floors and one with 47 floors—comprising 1,332 housing units. The development features 32 public facilities including a swimming pool, gym, library, steam room, and children's play area. Once completed, it will stand as a premium residential landmark in the region.
The project team has always placed safety as its top priority. In 2024, it received the Platinum Award at the 20th Malaysian National Occupational Safety and Health Excellence Awards (MOSHPA).
The project actively promotes joint development and cultural exchange between China and Malaysia. Through collaboration with local universities and the owner, it has organized project open days and established platforms for technical exchange and talent development.
