CSCEC has held a topping-out ceremony for the Batam United Square Project, marking the completion of the main structure of the high-rise mixed-use complex in Harbour Bay's business district. The project has now moved into the next construction phase.

Spanning 5,673 square meters with a total floor area of about 75,000 square meters, the development includes a six-story podium, a 34-story office tower, and a 33-story hotel and serviced apartment building, rising to 137.3 meters. Once finished, it will be among Batam's tallest buildings, enhancing the city's skyline and supporting regional economic growth.

The team completed the structural phase on schedule through efficient project management, earning a letter of appreciation from the client.
