Recently, the Haitian Production Plant Phase II Project in Serbia, constructed by CSCEC, passed completion acceptance one day ahead of schedule. This milestone marks the project's transition from the construction phase to the operational phase. Once operational, the facility will help further enhance the diversity and uniqueness of European machinery and equipment products, while creating hundreds of local jobs and supporting regional economic growth.
Located in the city of Ruma, Serbia, the project includes the construction of workshops, a canteen, an administration building, and 18 supporting ancillary structures. It establishes an efficient, low-carbon, and circular manufacturing system for machinery, driving coordinated development across the upstream and downstream segments of the industrial chain.
The project utilizes BIM technology to achieve integrated progress control, creating a dynamic three-dimensional connection between progress, resources, and techniques. To ensure high-quality outcomes, the project built a robust quality management system focused on continuous process control, supported by regular evaluations at key milestones and daily coordination meetings.
