Recently, the Up We Build program, organized by CSCEC, was officially launched at the construction site of Phnom Penh's Techo International Airport in Cambodia. Young students from multiple Cambodian universities participated in the event.
Through school-enterprise cooperation, CSCEC aims to share its technologies, experience, and management practices to help Cambodia cultivate modern construction talent.
At the event, a Cambodian employee shared his personal growth story with the youth: "A few years ago, I was just like you—full of hope yet uncertain about the future. I started as an ordinary worker who knew nothing, learning to read blueprints, operate machinery, and master management skills from my Chinese mentors. Today, I'm a technical backbone capable of independently taking charge of project tasks."
