Recently, the first phase of Nicaragua's affordable housing project, constructed by CSCEC, was officially handed over. The handover ceremony was attended by Laureano Ortega Murillo, Advisor to Nicaraguan President on Investment, Trade and International Cooperation and others.

The first phase of the project Managua consists of 920 single-story, two-bedroom homes, as well as supporting infrastructure such as roads and pipe networks. The completion of this project will significantly improve the living conditions of local families in the area, raising the standard of living for local residents.
