Recently, the tunnel boring machine for the western tunnel section of the Kaplan Station-Carlebach Station of Israel's Tel Aviv Light Rail Green Line Project—undertaken by CSCEC—was successfully launched, 16 days ahead of schedule.

The geological conditions along the section are highly complex, with the tunnel running close to sensitive buildings, placing stringent demands on construction management. In response, the project team developed a dedicated construction plan and enhanced the use of real-time monitoring and guidance control technologies to ensure the safe and steady advancement of the tunnel boring machine.
